Chinese PGS1 participants suspected cheating

North American Shoot To Kill member Kurtis "Purdy" Bond talked about an emerging scandal at the PUBG Global Series 1 in Malaysia: some tournament participants used the Nvidia Profile Inspector software to gain an unfair advantage.

Alright so long story short several Chinese teams and no clue how many others because no one will admit to it were using Nvidia profile inspector to change their textures and how smokes render as well as insane FPS buffs. Talking about 300 FPS in comp instead of 140.

Through communication with PUBG it’s been banned to use but multiple teams have abused it for years. We can’t prove past use but once an abuser, always one. Some NA teams figured this out here and as we’ve known this was illegal for awhile immediately pushed PUBG to action.

PUBG Global Series 1 will take place from April 27 to May 7 in the Malaysian capital, Kuala Lumpur. The prize fund of PGS1 will be half a million U.S. dollars.
